Waste of time and money!
We used Joe’s services from October 2023 for ten months, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite producing two reports, they required amendments that were never made, and our instructions were continuously ignored. Instead of making progress, we faced endless delays, and it felt like stalling was the only thing being done.
Throughout this period, we had to constantly follow up, feeling as if we were nagging just to get basic updates. Meanwhile, we were repeatedly overcharged for a service that did not move forward.There was a clear lack of transparency, and at times, it felt outright dis honest . Only when we decided to switch to another solicitor did Joe suddenly start pushing the case—far too late.
Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability. We would not recommend his services to anyone looking for efficiency, reliability, or value for money.

Superb service
I have been dealing with joe and his team for the last year and cant thank him enough in helping me get my settlement over the line, I have found joe to be very helpful, honest and is very knowledgeable in his field of work.
I highly recommend and would most definitely use again myself.

Joe’s your man!
I'm the treasurer of a small registered charity. We were left some money as a bequest and the will of the deceased was contested. The trustees didn’t want to get into a protracted legal battle, with all the associated stress and expense.
Fisher Jones Greenwood came to our rescue as none of us are legally trained. We’re cat people not law people!
We were advised accordingly by Joe Sandercock. He kept us up to date throughout, replied swiftly to my emails, understood that as a trust we all needed to agree to the way forward and couldn't make snap decisions. Everything has worked out very well for us in the end. Would we use FJG and Joe again? Absolutely!

Experience counts
There are a few times in life that you are tested to the max, I have never met Joe in person, we had one video link and that cemented everything that all communication with Joe in phone calls, letters, and emails. I found myself in a precarious position and from day one Joe owned the problem. I was also experiencing some serious health issues, Joe showed empathy and relieved me of my serious issues. Every contact filled me with hope, and it was like the light was getting brighter. My family has used FJG for many years, my main requirements in any situation are commitment communication, consistency, and continuity. Joe and FJG always meet those requirements. No jargon only plain English from total professionals, who care and always have your interests at heart, long may it continue.
