Excellent service.
I cannot praise Arran enough for getting us across that finish line. They say house buying is one of the most stressful things to do in life and it certainly was in our situation.
Arran was always calm, direct and clear in what was happening.
He was very thorough and exactly what we needed to rely on.
We exchanged on the 17/12 and completed on the 19/12, just days before Christmas, an intense time, but Arran and Lorraine got the job done and we would like to thank them and their team for all their hard work.

Buying New Build Property
Entirely due to the lender and their solicitor our purchase took over 11 months. It should have been straightforward but they made it drawn-out and complicatated.
It was completed due to the professionalism, dedication, patience and attention to detail of Arran. Arran 'saved the day'!
