We highly recommend the residential conveyancing team @ FJG
Gayle at FJG was recommended to us by our estate agents and we would most definitely endorse this recommendation. Gayle and her colleagues were always on hand to provide prompt and clear advice/guidance throughout the sale/purchase. Gayle was always friendly, approachable, and responsive. We do not plan on moving house again any time soon but would definitely approach Gayle to act for us again if we did. We will be recommending Gayle & FJG to any friends or family looking to buy/sell a house.

STAY AWAY !
i unfortunately got pushed into using these solictors for buying a new buy to let property. From start to finish the service was so poor. I rung 10 days in a row to speak to Gayle who was dealing with me and was never able to speak to her as i was always palmed off. The worst part was that i was completley lied to about cost, i was told verbally on the phone it would be no more then £600 as a previous solictor had done most of the work, then on completion i get a bill for over £1600 which was crazy. I then told them i would not be paying as i was never quoted this which they fully admitted they fogot to send to me which i think is embarrasing on there part as they are meant to be the professionals. They made no effort to try and talk about this and basically told me to like it or lump it. They also took far to long to get this project over the line. I would not ever recommend this firm to any one just stay well clear of them.

Thank you for the excellent service
I wanted to say a huge thank you to Gayle Fordham and her team for all the effort they put in to facilitating the sale of my property.
I can honestly say, this was the best experience I’ve ever had regarding a Solicitor for selling a property. Gayle's attention to detail, perseverance and her willingness to keep me informed at every stage of the process was much appreciated. It was so nice to be treated like a ‘real person’ and not spoken to as just ‘another client’ – which has been my experience in the past. I also was very impressed at how easy it was to actually speak with her and particularly appreciated her speed in getting back to me – which is rare I believe these days – speaking with others who have sold properties. I cannot praise Gayle and her team highly enough for the level of service provided and can thoroughly recommend her to anyone requiring an excellent conveyancing solicitor in the future.

Property conveyancing
We had the pleasure of working with Gayle, a solicitor who assisted us with the conveyancing of a property that encountered a few issues along the way.
