Outstanding Service for Buying and Selling Our Home
Having never really been through the buying AND selling experience before I wanted to find a local solicitor. Smith & Co appeared during our searches and due to having multiple offices in both towns were I live and work, I completed an online quote. Once the quote was returned, I noted that not only were they extremely competitive, but they listed everything as clearly as possible.
After an introductory call with Pauline, I instantly felt at ease as everything I had mentioned Pauline understood and provided her view and advice. We knew that Smith & Co were the firm to use!
Throughout the process, Pauline was extremely helpful and provided advice and explanations on a few things I wasn't to sure about. Of course, there were issues during the sale and purchase and many of them - Yet, each and every time Pauline had it in hand and we battled through each one until they were resolved, keeping in frequent communication.
I personally feel Pauline went above and beyond before, during and after the process was complete and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Pauline to others, or indeed in contacting Pauline for any future purchase or sale for myself.

Moving Home (Wellfield)
I have found dealing with Pauline and her team at FJG Solicitors a rewarding and efficient service. I was informed every step of the way of what was happening and when there were some unforeseen issues to deal with quickly, Pauline advised me immediately,and when required, advised me what action too take based on her experience of these issues. The value (cost) was excellent.
Overall, what can be a stressful situation, was made much easier by Pauline and her team, and because of this, at no stage was I in panic mode. Thank you..

Happy ending
Well both Pauline and Coral were excellent from the start.
They were constantly updating me with what was happening as there was a few complications along the way.
On the day of exchange Coral worked late to see it over the line as it had been a stressful period then personally called to give me the. Good news that I was ecstatic about.
Then on day of completion had regular contact throughout the day and even after care has been great.
Really treated well so friendly and helpful would 100 % recommend to family and friends

Managing the sale of property
To say I am pleased with the service provided from Pauline hodgson and the practice is an understatement . I was able to contact Pauline whenever I had any queries and recieved prompt replies every time .
The staff at the practice were always helpful and clear and concise in what I need to do .
