I am absolutely shocked at the arrogance that has been shown after my father's will was sent through a non-tracked service and lost due to their lack of responsibility.
I stress that this issue has been an on going situation for over a month now, with me having been patient and kind the entire time, understanding they may be a busy practice. However, I have been told that since my father passed away 6 years ago "there is no urgency", despite the fact that I am in need of the document for other processes relating to the passing of my grandmother in another country - to which there has already been a months delay now. They have also told me that it was "my responsibility to have the document after his death". Which is irrelevent to them and the fact is I did have a certified copy. However, I have moved countries twice since then and I am currently in between two cities over 1000 miles apart, unsure of where that copy is. All I needed was the original document for processes relating to a recent death and I am being contradicted in a, frankly, narcissistic manner.
Despite me waiting already for a month for any clear response about the missing document, my patience, let alone understanding, has not been appreciated and I have been left with nothing but a matter that is not only not my responsibility to resolve morally but also pragmatically as Royal Mail asks for the sender to resolve the issue on their end. Shocking behaviour and service. I am absolutely shocked.
