Bronte handled my recent flat sale, there were plenty of questions and queries from the buyer - more than usual I'd say, but Bronte was very patient and persistent and we completed on time. After the death of my dad, Sue was asked to deal with his Estate, which also meant guiding myself and my sister through the process until completion. At every stage she was very helpful and clear about what we had to do and this was very much appreciated at such a difficult time and despite not living in the area.
