I started at Rawlins Davy four years ago this month, having been employed in law for a number of years over four decades. I work in the Commercial Department and my main duties are dealing with the setting up of both commercial and non-commercial companies. I ensure that the Company statutory Books are kept up to date after I have dealt with the appointments/resignations of Directors and Secretaries, shareholders, transfers share and membership certificates issued. Filing of the Confirmation Statements and Dormant accounts at Companies House are something which I also deal with. This is a short summary of what I do as there are many other matters which arise with managing companies and I am involved with ensuring that our Management Companies are run in accordance with the law and smoothly. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family (which includes my dog) and meeting up with friends to enjoy good food and wine with them. I have recently enrolled at art classes which has been great fun and I hope to discover a hidden talent.
