Andrew has over 25 years experience practicing in Family and Private Client matters. Andrew moved to Poole from qualifying as a solicitor in 1995 and has remained working in the town centre ever since. He has particular expertise in financial matters following divorce, children issues and also in the preparation of wills and administration of Estates. However Andrew does offer a range of services in relation to Child and Family Law, Divorce and Separation, Financial Remedy Proceedings, Private Law, Children Disputes, Co-Habitation Agreements, Disputes and Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Post-Nuptial Agreements and Civil Partnerships. In private client matters Andrew deals with Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications. By advising clearly and acting firmly Andrew aims to resolve matters where necessary for his clients either through mediation, negotiation or through the Courts.
