As a local charity which is also a landlord we are very sensitive to how the matter is handled. Alex and his team understood this and provided excellent timely advice and service in difficult circumstances where good liason was very important.

Professional and friendly service

Bronte handled my recent flat sale, there were plenty of questions and queries from the buyer - more than usual I'd say, but Bronte was very patient and persistent and we completed on time. I have also used Rawlins Davy Reeves before they have been an excellent law firm and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I would highly recommend Bronte's services to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.

First Class Service!

I've been a customer of Jan for some 26 years. I can hardly believe it been that long. Jan has critical to the running of my management company, I simply could not have got where I am without her salient advice and support over the years. There are few people that I hold in such high esteem.

Professional, responsive and trustworthy.

After the death of my dad, Sue was asked to deal with his Estate, which also meant guiding myself and my sister through the process until completion. At every stage she was very helpful and clear about what we had to do and this was very much appreciated at such a difficult time and despite not living in the area.

Sue was knowledgable, supportive and patient; we couldn’t have done it without her.

Property Sale

I just wanted to say how brilliant Olivia was with our sale of our property.

She was amazing on the day of exchange, keeping me updated all the time and saying at 4.55pm that it wasn't the end of her working day and she would get the exchange done.

I cannot thank her enough for doing that and making everything else so smooth.

I am absolutely shocked at the arrogance that has been shown after my father's will was sent through a non-tracked service and lost due to their lack of responsibility.
I stress that this issue has been an on going situation for over a month now, with me having been patient and kind the entire time, understanding they may be a busy practice. However, I have been told that since my father passed away 6 years ago "there is no urgency", despite the fact that I am in need of the document for other processes relating to the passing of my grandmother in another country - to which there has already been a months delay now. They have also told me that it was "my responsibility to have the document after his death". Which is irrelevent to them and the fact is I did have a certified copy. However, I have moved countries twice since then and I am currently in between two cities over 1000 miles apart, unsure of where that copy is. All I needed was the original document for processes relating to a recent death and I am being contradicted in a, frankly, narcissistic manner.
Despite me waiting already for a month for any clear response about the missing document, my patience, let alone understanding, has not been appreciated and I have been left with nothing but a matter that is not only not my responsibility to resolve morally but also pragmatically as Royal Mail asks for the sender to resolve the issue on their end. Shocking behaviour and service. I am absolutely shocked.

Unprofessional service, no acknowledgment or response to a written letter requesting information. Followed up with telephone call, RDR took details and promised to look into it and come back to me. To date no response whatsoever. Couldn’t possibly recommend.
