I had never used them before, but would certainly do so again. Minimum fuss, great communication, and an approach that keeps everything simple and straightforward to completion!

Representing my elderly mother for a sale and purchase, I experienced a decent level of professionalism from the student solicitor but she was seemingly poorly guided and supervised, as the whole process was undertaken in an unnecessarily reactive and disjointed way, with internal obstruction, errors and untruths, causing significant stress and delays. A senior member of the firm was extraordinarily rude and dismissive and preferred to take a defensive customer blame approach rather than address areas of accountability. Despite an intial pledge to do so, the managing director has failed to respond to questions regarding this poor performance and attitude.
