I just wanted to say how brilliant Olivia was with our sale of our property.
She was amazing on the day of exchange, keeping me updated all the time and saying at 4.55pm that it wasn't the end of her working day and she would get the exchange done.

Sale of house.
Olivia was always quick to respond either email or a phone call which is not so common now .she was always professional but very calm and kind at a difficult time for us as a family.

Having just concluded the sale of a residential rental property, I can heartily recommend using Olivia Graves of Rawlins Davy Reeves who kept on top of the sale process and promptly dealt with an excessive number of annoying petty enquiries. It is, sadly, unusual nowadays to experience prompt and effective service from professionals, but Olivia achieved just that - emulating the competence of her predecessor at Rawlings Davy Reeves.
