This review follows the second time I’ve worked with Michelle Peterson and her colleagues at Frettens Solicitors. My first was a property sale for a house which threw everything at us, a boundary dispute, access rights, an incompetent lender that took an eternity to respond, basically we had the works! Michelle took everything under her wing and worked hard against all these adversities to sell my house which she did. It was only natural for me to ask her to help me buy a new house in Bournemouth, which I am now resident in. Thanks Michelle!

I have been trying to sell my Mum’s property for a couple of years and had no end of problems along the way with potential sales but unfortunately never completing. We eventually found a buyer and Michelle Petersen has provided a highly professional and competent service, helping me along the way in a friendly and efficient way. My Mum is in a Nursing Home and Michelle was so kind when she visited her and was understanding towards her needs and her best interests. Thank you Michelle and Sevill for all your help.

Frettens was founded in 1978 by Ian Fretten as a sole practitioner in Christchurch, dealing with residential property, wills, probate and trusts. As a firm, we grew steadily over the years, providing additional commercial services and expanding to Ringwood. Our bright team are not only experts in their field, but excellent communicators with a positive, can-do approach to helping clients. The team use plain English and don’t hide behind unnecessarily complex ‘legalese’. As a client, you will always have your lawyer's name, email, and direct contact number for ease of access. Your first meeting with us is always free. People shouldn’t be put off seeking legal advice for fear of being charged to be told they don’t have a case.
