Julia & Phoebe done an excellent job, kept us in the loop at all times and explained to us each step as we are first time buyers.
All paperwork was clear and easy to do.
They were always happy to help either on the phone, in person or via email.

I contacted Frettens because my will writing company had ceased trading and despite great effort my will could not be located. I was very worried about this and stressed that I wanted a new will drawn up as soon as possible. From the onset Ms Stevinson acted quickly so that a new will was completed. She was a pleasure to deal with at all times.

We chose Fretten for our house move as we had used their services for another aspect of law previously.

Frettens was founded in 1978 by Ian Fretten as a sole practitioner in Christchurch, dealing with residential property, wills, probate and trusts. As a firm, we grew steadily over the years, providing additional commercial services and expanding to Ringwood. Our bright team are not only experts in their field, but excellent communicators with a positive, can-do approach to helping clients. The team use plain English and don’t hide behind unnecessarily complex ‘legalese’. As a client, you will always have your lawyer's name, email, and direct contact number for ease of access. Your first meeting with us is always free. People shouldn’t be put off seeking legal advice for fear of being charged to be told they don’t have a case.
