High appreciation of the very great quality of service provided.
i had written a review which mysteriously disappeared before I could submit it. I want to emphasise what a remarkably pleasant and highly professional experience it was working with Kerry Martin and other members of the Frettens such as Lucie, Michelle and Nikki (if i remember the names correctly). Kerry went out of her way to deal with my various requests and always explained things clearly. She also acted quickly and efficiently, surpassing all expectations. In fact i cannot recall getting such wonderful treatment. i will in due course ask if Frettens will act for me on another property task if it falls within the services they offer, as well as suggesting them to members of my family over time. Thank you Kerry and also other members of your team. i have clicked all the boxes below because they genuinely all apply!

Deed of variation
Simple Deed of Variation cost us over £3K and took almost a year to complete
Poor communication, overpriced, invoices unjustified by the scope of work.

Tatiana Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Please allow us to clarify a few points: This was not a ‘simple deed of variation’. We were instructed on the basis that everything was agreed between co-freeholders. It was not. This lead to delays due to negotiation. You then decided to sell the property part-way through the transaction, which led to further delays and complications with your mortgage lender. You were kept informed throughout the transaction about delays and increases in costs, which were kept to a minimum by Niki and her team with a substantial amount of fees being written off, as agreed with you. We are sorry you felt the need to post a negative review after Niki and her team worked with you for eleven months to get a changing and challenging transaction across the line. Many Thanks

Excellent service
Niki dealt with my lease extension. She kept me informed at each stage, gave me clear advice and was very fast, both in replying to emails and dealing with the extension.
She even reduced my bill as a gesture of goodwill, when it was higher than expected!
I would recommend her without hesitation.

Super responsive and removed the stress
Niki has been brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend for Leasehold transactions. I was frequently updated on the status of my purchase, I never had to chase. Her knowledge of leasehold reduced my stress levels and her pricing is fair.
