Tenant problem
Frettens quickly and easily advised the way forward to remove the tenant. In the end the tenant
left amicably. thank you for this easy transition Frettens.

A satisfactory result with no fuss.
Our solicitor recommended Olivia to handle an eviction. After speaking to her I felt confident that she would achieve a successful outcome and I was right. I hope I am never needing a litigation specialist again but would not hesitate to re-engage Frettons again.

Removal of CCJ

Airbnb neighbours from “”
Realising that there was no authority or organisation that could help us with a full house nuisance airbnb adjoining us, we instructed Olivia who specialised in ‘deeds and covenants’ to deal with the matter, knowing that the legal route was the only route! Not only were Olivia and her team professional, tenacious, calm and understanding they gave good advice and support, she was always at the end of a phone or email and was very quick to respond. Olivia recommended Alex our Barrister who was prepared to go above and beyond if needed. Amazing legal service
I cannot recommend Frettens Solicitors enough. They are open and honest to work with. Olivia is very good at her job and did not allow my mother to be pressured or bullied into anything. She made sure she defended her and acted quickly if things were not correct. Thank you so much!
