We searched for a conveyancing solicitor using online reviews. Clifford Johnston came up as one of the best & several reviews specifically mentioned Andrea. We approached the solicitors & the process has been completely seamless. We reached out to the solicitors early October & managed to push through completion & exchange by mid-December. Andrea & the team provided everything needed in a timely manner & with minimal faff/fuss. Thank you for the great service & helping us move into the new home before all the Christmas shut downs.

My contacts on recent sale of property were David Oldham and Colin Cumine. There service has been exceptional. Communication by email prompt and efficient. They were quick to respond to any queries that I had. They made the process of selling my property effortless.

If I could give more the 5 stars I would!

I have recently completed the sale on my first home and Chris was amazing!

It was a long sale with a few issues along the way but Chris dealt with them quickly and kept me updated and was very patient with all the questions I had!

He worked hard to make sure I didn’t miss my mortgage cut off date and we made it on time!

I will definitely look to use Clifford Johnston again!
