I had used Clifford Johnston and Co before and had a positive opinion, so the decision to use them again to clear up my mother's estate and probate was an easy one. I was introduced to Katie Murray and right from the word go she put me at ease after a stressful drive from Lincoln. It quickly became apparent that she knew her subject and she explained the process, how it would work and the probable length of time (which proved to be spot on). Whenever I called, Katie answered my queries without recourse to searching for my details, which was very impressive, she was certainly on top of everything. I was kept in touch with progress at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to use Clifford Johnston and Co again and would like to wish Katie all the very best in her career.

Very impressed by the efficiency of Clifford Johnston & Co in dealing with our sale. Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly and the sale progressed quickly and smoothly. Requests for information for us to provide were also clear and prompt.
We did have a buyer pull out at one point and I was pleased this didn’t affect the fee and feel they offer excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

We had brilliant service from David at Clifford Johnston when selling our old house and buying a new one. He was very thorough in looking into any potential issues with the purchase of our property and provided clear options for the best path forward when unexpected details about the house came out.
He was very quick to respond to our emails and calls and we felt looked after throughout the whole process. Moving house is an inherently confusing and stressful time but communication was clear throughout, which enabled us to proceed with confidence. I would recommend David and Clifford Johnstone to anyone trying to buy/sell property.

If I could give more the 5 stars I would!
I have recently completed the sale on my first home and Chris was amazing!
It was a long sale with a few issues along the way but Chris dealt with them quickly and kept me updated and was very patient with all the questions I had!
He worked hard to make sure I didn’t miss my mortgage cut off date and we made it on time!
I will definitely look to use Clifford Johnston again!
