Service above and beyond

5

I made an initial enquiry late in the afternoon to Clifford Johnston for some advice for my elderly parents. I got a call back out of hours on the same day from Shane to ensure my query was responded to the same day. He made time the following morning to speak further and made sure he had a full understanding of my situation and offered all professional and legal advice and information and assisted me with how to progress my query. The professionalism and courtesy from both Shane and Nicky that I spoke with was by far above and beyond. First impressions count and my first impression was exceptional
