Confidence inspiring
After a nerve-fraying experience with a conveyancer over my last house house purchase it was a pleasure to work with Andrea when buying my new flat. She gave me clear guidance as to what I needed to do and when and highlighted the key points in the survey reports and lease documents she sent me. Confusions on the vendors' part delayed exchange of contracts until the last minute but completion took place as scheduled. I am very pleased with the experience and will be engaging Andrea to handle the sale of my house.
