If I could give more the 5 stars I would!
I have recently completed the sale on my first home and Chris was amazing!
It was a long sale with a few issues along the way but Chris dealt with them quickly and kept me updated and was very patient with all the questions I had!
He worked hard to make sure I didn’t miss my mortgage cut off date and we made it on time!
I will definitely look to use Clifford Johnston again!

Property Purchase
I have used CJ Solicitors on numerous occasions and David Oldham and Chris Fury (and Colin Cummine) in the last 2 years on property purchases and they have been brilliant.
I would have no doubts on recommending.
They managed to get my last property over the line in time to beat stamp duty increase always seem to go that extra mile.
David Rang me regularly to keep me updated.
10 out of 10 every time, best solicitors I have ever dealt with over the years.

Outstanding conveyancing service!
Chris was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His expertise and persistence during a very difficult conveyancing process, gave us confidence and reassurance as first time buyers. The constant communication and honest updates were much appreciated and Chris spent valuable time guiding us whenever we weren’t sure what to do. Finally, Chris was extremely diligent in ensuring all the correct and necessary documentation was received from the vendors solicitors for our benefit. Exceptional, Amazing Service Yet Again

Excellent, professional service for property purchase
Due to our excellent previous experience with Clifford and Johnston, we did not hesitate to return to both buy and sell property. Chris was extremely efficient and communicated with us through each step of the process, resulting in our house sale going through as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend this company.

Efficient and timely
I found the firm to act efficient and timely. In my past experience of law firms you always have to do the chasing to get things done on time, this was not the case with Clifford Johnston & Co who suitably provided updates at the right times.
