Sale of our house
I chose Clifford Johnston firstly because they were recommended to me by a friend and also they were local to us.
From our first chat on the phone our solicitor Lucy Smith was a delight to work with she made quite a difficult sale easier. Lucy gave advice and reassured us when things were not going according to plan and by the end of the process I felt like I had gained a friend. Lucy was warm and caring but also professional.
I would highly recommend her.

Pleasure going through the process with Lucy
This is our 3rd house and each house up to now we have really struggled with our solicitor and it’s always a horrible process. We were given Lucy’s details from a local solicitor and I cannot stress the difference in the process. Lucy has communicated with us throughout, I’ve not struggled once to make contact with Lucy, and always felt like we were being prioritised.
