Great
I had a great experience with David during the process of buying my first home. David responded to emails fast, answered questions and queries clearly, and was happy to help in any way he could. This was hugely appreciated during this stressful process, I only wish the estate agents I dealt with were as responsive as David!

First time buyers with David
David was fantastic throughout the process, first helping us with one property which fell through and then with the property we eventually purchased. Prompt, proactive and comprehensive throughout. Really put us in a position to make decisions with confidence and to feel on top of the process.
Additionally, David was always patient, understanding and thorough in guiding us through the many parts of the process we were interacting with for the first time, making clear what we were required to do and reassuring us under pressure from sellers and estate agents. The level of professionalism and care is the main reason I will be recommending David to anyone looking to buy a house.

Sale of property - wouldn't hesitate to use again
Davids communication skills were excellent - he responded quickly, which meant a great deal to me, and was always informative and supportive.
The sale was quite protracted, and therefore stressful due to periods of radio silence from the buyers solicitor, but David steadied the ship beautifully and dealt with my numerous emails with the patience of a saint!
Colin Cumine was also efficient when covering Davids annual leave and was very adept at moving things on during those 2 weeks.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Clifford Johnston & Co, and I will certainly be using David Oldham for my next house purchase - why would I go anywhere else?

Highly recommended
I’ve had to buy a few properties over the years and I can honestly say David provided us with an outstanding service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, easy to get hold of throughout the process and made the whole process of buying a house less stressful. Highly recommended.

Conveyancing on Sale of Property
My contacts on recent sale of property were David Oldham and Colin Cumine. There service has been exceptional. Communication by email prompt and efficient. They were quick to respond to any queries that I had. They made the process of selling my property effortless.
The whole process from putting my house up for sale to receiving full payment took barely 2 months. I would highly recommend Clifford Johnston & Co, in particular David Oldham and Colin Cumine.

Would highly recommend
Thank you for exceptional service David. The whole process of buying and selling has been an overall positive process.
David has been professional, organised and extremely thorough.
In the past I have found buying/selling quite stressful but definitely not this time.
I would while heartedly recommend David and CJLaw for conveyancing.

David Oldham is simply the best solicitor
I am forever grateful to David Oldham. From the beginning of the property purchase to its completion, David Oldham was amazing. The process was complex with many curveballs, but David remained extremely supportive and helpful. He guided me through every step and always solved my queries. His communication with me was always prompt.
Overall, David was invaluable in helping me navigate the complex and nerve-wracking process of purchasing my first property! I hope to work with him again in the future.
