Sophie is very good at dealing with elderly people. The questions were a bit difficult but she explained everything to me nicely. I am 84 years old and a bit nervous about seeing a solicitor but Sophia put me at ease straight away. I would recommend the firm to other people.

Our family recently dealt with Johnny Kaye from Jordans solicitors. It was a particularly delicate matter and Johnny dealt with us and other parties in a sympathetic and professional way, and explained the whole process so we understood what was happening and what was expected from us.

I could not have asked for a more compassionate team. They successfully worked in a way which ensured I did not have to endure a long and painful process reminiscent of the ordeal I endured via the NHS. They communicated with me every step of the way and ensured I knew they were working for me and not the other way round. The fact that they pushed even further to ensure I got the maximum payment was the icing on the cake. I can’t thank them enough. Forever grateful to you,Matthew Large and team.

As a beneficiary of an estate currently being handled by your company during the last fourteen months, I am furious by how slow and drawn out this process is becoming.
The administration errors to date are far too numerous to mention, property valuations sent to the beneficiaries were not even conducted in line with the Will (written by yourselves). If my husband and I were your client, you would have completed this work in half the time, in an accurate and efficient manner as others have already mentioned.
I do not expect to be chasing this continually on a weekly basis and I would like my comments escalating to a formal complaint now please. In my experience I would avoid this firm at all costs.
