Excellent Service to update our wills
My wife and I wanted to update our wills. We chose Jordans in Wetherby rather than our original Harrogate solicitors based on positive online reviews and because they seemed to offer better value for money. Sophie Costello took time to fully understand our situation and advised us on potential solutions, explaining them in ways we could readily understand rather than sticking to "legalese". Once we had made the relevant decisions, our draft wills were produced promptly, with the opportunity to review and make minor amendments before the final version was signed today. Any queries were answered quickly, whether in person, or by phone or email. All in all, a very professional and friendly service, with the final cost the same as our original quote. Highly recommended!

Sophie Costello
Sophie is very good at dealing with elderly people. The questions were a bit difficult but she explained everything to me nicely. I am 84 years old and a bit nervous about seeing a solicitor but Sophia put me at ease straight away. I would recommend the firm to other people.

Feedback on LPA
Arranging the meeting was very easy & efficient. The meeting was both friendly and courteous, everything was explained and our questions answered. The production of documentation was on time and we were proactively chased up on a delay to our return of signed documents, which we found good, as in our experience other solicitors in other practices have not been proactive. We now await the LPAs being registered

Power of Attorney
Would definitely recommend, everything explained fully and nothing too much trouble, answered all our questions and advised when needed, very friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Solicitors which we have used previously for our Will drawing up.
