Terrible service
I spoke to the receptionist at Selby office about my needs on a Monday, only to be told there was no solicitor in the office and that someone would call me on Wednesday. Fine. No call came so I rang them on Friday again, apologies as the person ringing me had taken leave and would be back the following Wednesday and would call me then!! Guess what?!? No call. I rang them Thursday again to be told they don’t offer the service I requested on day 1. I was then told someone would call me back the same day. I called a different solicitor in Selby at this point and explained my needs, got an appointment for their next working day after explaining how Jordan’s had let me down, they popped my appointment in between two appointments they already had, booked in the half hour in between. Jordan’s (Lisa from Wakefield office) did actually call me back to apologise and say she had spoken to a solicitor who had agreed to sign the document, I obviously declined but wonder if they would have been there on Tuesday ?!? Who knows but I would definitely never recommend Jordan’s to anyone.

I am grateful for the speed in writing up the Will, After the initial meeting the Will was prepared within a week, the service provided by Alicia was first class , she was very informative and polite and kept me updated during the week before the final Will was completed,the office in horsforth was very welcoming with parking Next to the office building.

Firstly Lisa helped my great aunt sort her Will & affairs out several years ago. Lisa was extremely helpful, thorough & patient with my aunt who was in her 90s. More recently after my aunt passed away, Lisa has dealt with the estate & Shaquille in Wakefield has dealt with sale of her property. The service I received from them both was excellent. They answered any questions quickly & efficiently and truly helped ease the stress at a difficult time. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jordan’s Solicitors.

Jordans Solicitors have just represented me in a recent property sale. The Customer Service and communication have been fantastic throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble. Even when there were problems with the sale, my Solicitor Shaquille was always proactive with updates. I would highly recommend for any sale / purchase you may have.
