Preparation of our Wills and Power of Attorney

5

My wife and I decided to use Jordan’s Solicitors as they had a local office in Horsforth where we live. We wanted advice on rewriting our wills and on Powers of Attorney to suit our current family circumstances. Alicia Burbeary, Solicitor, gave us clear and comprehensive advice on what can be a very complicated area of law. We cannot thank her enough for the assistance she has given us.

Update of My Will : I.e. New Will

5

I found the experience of updating my Will ( I.e. making a New Will ) a simple straightforward exercise which was completed extremely efficiently by Alicia Burbeary. I found Alicia to be a clear communicator who made sure I understood the implications of the decisions I was taking. She could not have completed the work any more efficiently; we met on the day of the week she works in the Horsforth Office and by the same day the following week the Will was ready for signature. The copy of my Will was received in line with the timeline Alicia had outlined. I was most satisfied with the whole process, including the cost.
