I cannot recommend Alison Kinnersley highly enough. She was under pressure to complete in a very short time. Our purchase was particularly complex and Alison handled it with ease. She was professional and patient throughout even when stress levels rose due to time constraints. We would definitely use her services again without hesitation.

Keep well away nothing but stress

This solicitors had made the situation 100% more stressful than it need to be at the start they tried to cancel an appointment 10 before it was about to start the lack of communication was shocking that's if you can actually getting contact with your solicitor as they don't return calls when they say they will and they are still after money even though i was told that all the money has been paid i would only if you love stress

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL SERVICE

Where do I start !!!!! Belinda Harvey and Kamila Cyran have been absolutely AMAZING in helping me deal with the estate of a loved one after their passing. At what is already a particularly traumatic and painful time, without the right support and specialist advice you literally are entering a minefield blind.

I cannot thank either of of them enough for their professionalism, diligence, honesty, support, professional knowledge and caring nature in making sure that the decisions and actions taken were in the best interests of the estate.

If you are thinking of making a will or are in the unfortunate position having lost a a loved one and require professional support and guidance, I cannot recommend this firm and in particular Belinda and Kamila more highly.

THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH I hope Parfitt Cresswell know what an asset you both are to the their team.

Family law - Domestic Abuse

I have been a client of Sharon Micuta for around 16 months now - Sharon came highly recommended by members of the Berkshire social care domestic abuse program because of her understanding of family law. From our first interaction; Sharon was professional, proactive and very knowledgeable - she knew the importance of putting in place protective orders for my daughters and I at a time when I was daunted and overwhelmed. Her advice and genuine care was crucial to me at this enormously difficult time.

Since then, Sharon has worked tirelessly to support me in navigating a very complicated case - providing consistent and reliable counsel that has delivered the best possible outcome for my daughters and I.

At each stage, Sharon was responsive, thorough and reassuring - I could be confident that my case was in great hands with the Parfitt Cresswell team.

It was a pleasure dealing with Alison. I feel very lucky as Alison answered all queries both from me and my buyers solicitor very promptly. She was always ensuring that we were up to date and there were never any actions outstanding. I felt at ease as knew that Alison had my interests at heart. She explained everything clearly to me and was polite and professional at all times. When I have relayed to friends how she has helped me they have all been amazed. I would thoroughly recommend Alison to anybody buying or selling their house ..

Following a recommendation I used Parfitt Cresswell to assist in the sale of a two bed flat. Mark was very professional throughout and kept us fully informed all the way through the sale of the property. I would not hesitate to use them again for similar sales or to recommend them to others.
