Review for Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors

I am extremely grateful to have had the best advice, expertise and support from Heidi Shearman. The dedication to deliver exceptional legal services truly stands out. I appreciate the time that was taken to explain the legal process to me with a friendly approach and attention to detail was impressive. I had many questions and concerns and was always patiently and repeatedly put at ease by explaining what I did not understand. Excellent and thank you.

Zoe was recommended to me by a friend. I found her most helpful easy to talk with and most understanding when I felt a little awkward. She made the whole process quick and easy. I would most certainly use her again and recommend her.

Probate

My husband and I used your Company to make our Power of Attorney’s and Wills. This was fine and the Solicitor that dealt with it at the time was very professional and polite. Because of this experience I then used your Company to deal with my dad’s Probate in 2021.

Nicola Hibbert (who has since left the company) initially dealt with my dad’s Estate. She was very professional, efficient and was very respectful. Unfortunately when she left another Solicitor June Eastmond took over. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing and argued with me about a Family Dispute matter that I had going at the time of which she had no specific knowledge of or the complications involved. She was very unprofessional and I was very upset with her and complained to the Company at the time as I didn’t want any more dealings with her. I understand that she left the Company sometime after.
A lady called Alison Tompkins then took over my case. She was much more professional and respectful towards me but again she left the Company before the dispute matter was resolved.

I was then informed that Rhiannon Winter would be dealing with my dad’s Estate. She was patronising towards me over the phone and did not even address me by name on most of her emails. I found her whole attitude unprofessional and rude. She did not seem to know or understand what she was doing either. I told her on a number of occasions to act on my behalf as the Administrator of the Estate but she ignored my requests.

Overall my experience with your Company has not been a good one. I expected a better experience than the one I had so I won’t be recommending you going forward.

I had the pleasure of working with Gwen Li and the team at Parfitt Cresswell for the purchase of my first property, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support. What can often be a complicated and overwhelming process was made incredibly smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and clear communication. Gwen & Patuni, in particular, were fantastic—knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to explain things in a way that made sense. I felt well-informed and confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Gwen and the Parfitt Cresswell team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional legal service.

I was recommended Parfitt Cresswell through my parents who sold a property a few years ago.
I was undergoing a transfer of equity to an ex partner, Gwen and Patuni helped me along the way. Fantastic service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using the firm if needed in future.
Thank you Gwen and thank you Patuni!

Gwen is one of those really rare gems that cares about you and your property as much as you do.

She’s unbelievably diligent, extremely responsive and goes against every stereotype of what solicitors are meant to be!

Patuni was also amazing and they make a fantastic team that has saved us endless headaches and really went to extra mile to make sure we were fully covered and moving ahead at all times.

Can’t recommend them enough!
