It was a pleasure dealing with Alison. I feel very lucky as Alison answered all queries both from me and my buyers solicitor very promptly. She was always ensuring that we were up to date and there were never any actions outstanding. I felt at ease as knew that Alison had my interests at heart. She explained everything clearly to me and was polite and professional at all times. When I have relayed to friends how she has helped me they have all been amazed. I would thoroughly recommend Alison to anybody buying or selling their house ..

No problems
They handled the sale of part of my garden plus those of three neighbours to developers.
It is a complicated process and very time-consuming, but they handled it well.
The sale completed successfully and everyone is content with the outcome.
