Bethany Collins

Trainee Solicitor

Bethany is a trainee solicitor based in the Uckfield office balancing her time between the Trusts and Property Department. Bethany holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Leicester with a year abroad at Arizona State University where she specialised in immigration and military history. Bethany then went on to complete her LLB (Graduate Entry) Law degree in 2023 at the University of Sussex. She is now completing her legal qualifications via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route with the University of Law. Joining Parfitt Cresswell in June 2023 as Paralegal in the Private Client and Trusts Team, she is now a Trainee Solicitor in the Property Team where she deals with matters relating to residential and commercial property transactions. She has quickly gained experience with sales, purchases, leases and remortgages assisting both individual clients and companies. Bethany also continues to work in our Trusts department dealing with all the trust registrations with the HMRC Trust Registration Service for our clients under the supervision of our Trust Manager Elizabeth Byne.
