Andre Minnaar service

An Iranian refugee family had been greatly saddened when one of their children had been unable to travel with, and they had been separated for sixteen months. The daughter, nearly 20 years old, was left living alone and in a dangerous situation. We were delighted that Andre Minnaar had been able to communicate her precarious situation with the authorities and obtain permission for her to travel to the UK and be united with her family again. Andre understood the background and took great trouble and elucidating and recording all the details. There were possible misunderstandings which had to be clarified, with some effort. A successful outcome due to his tireless work. Thank you very much Andre! one happy and unite family now!

Outstanding in every aspect

From start to finish, my lawyer, Andre Minnaar, was exemplary. Andre achieved the outcome I needed, in the timescales he stated he would. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. When I needed to contact Andre, he was available either immediately or within a short timescale. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and also friendly and positive when communicating. I have no negative comment to make. Other staff I had any contact with have also been very good.

Melissa recently acted on behalf of my wife and I to renew my wife's UK visa. Having returned from Australia to the UK in 2021, my wife was on a 10 year route to UK citizenship.
At the 2 and a 1/2 year mark, Melissa successfully arranged the renewal and got us onto a 5 year route instead. Melissa was professional, courteous and timely throughout the entire process and would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone that might need them.
