I have used Hart Brown a few times now and each has been a really positive experience. Their work is always thorough and comprehensive, and all communication is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Price wise they are also very reasonable considering the level of effort and quality of work.

We used Hart Brown, specifically; Debbie (a partner), to sell our property. From the onset, they were receptive, efficient and particularly informative. I felt confident with their expertise and felt I could rely on them to respond to, and resolve, any potential issues with the sale. As I sold this property from abroad, I was concerned this might cause problems. It did not. Debbie has been excellent, addressing questions and queries with factual, succinct responses, which allowed the sale to go ahead with relative ease. Thank you very much Hart Brown - we will be sure to turn to you again, should we require any legal services.
