David qualified as a solicitor June 2006 and has obtained a wealth of property experience over the past decade having handled commercial and residential transactions, located throughout the country, and is familiar with all kinds of property transaction. In particular, David is experienced in dealing with commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work (acting for both landlords and tenants) and secured lending work. David is familiar with how commercial property “works” across a broad range of sectors including offices, retail, leisure and industrial. He has handled transactions including leases of high value headquarters premises in the City, the purchase of pubs, taking leases of restaurant premises for a national chain, managing the letting of retail space within large shopping centres and the sale of multi-let office buildings as ongoing investments. David has also acted for several large banks carrying out secured lending. David enjoys really getting to know the people involved in the businesses he acts for and forming lasting relationships with them.

Property Conveyancing
We contacted David Kearsley to act for us as executors in the selling of mum's property.
David was very aproachable and it was all done in a very smooth and efficient manner, and were kept informed at all times.

Land purchase in SIPP
I had a land purchase that needed a very quick turnaround, had some access complications and in the middle of Covid restrictions. I have used may solicitors over the years and this is the first time I have been so impressed to leave a review. The cooperation and flexibility made it all possible. Probably one of the most difficult tasks ever undertaken.
Our journey through the conveyancing world with our property this time has been the most stressful. Without the experience, patience and knowledge from DPM Legal it would have made our sale a lot harder.
Thanks to DPM we got there in the end even through the Covid-19 pandemic.
