Peter Howe at Hart Brown has been excellent in helping me buy my first apartment. The process went smoothly and very fast (my mortgage advisor was surprised by how fast I got to completion). Absolutely no issues, all documents arrived in excellent time, and all questions were answered promptly. I will definitely use Hart Brown again. Thank you.

Very happy with the service provided by our selling solicitor, Peter Howe, who was very professional and dealt with one or two problem areas effectively to progress the sale as quickly as possible. Sara Evans, his legal secretary, also provided good communication between ourselves and Peter when required. All in all, a very good service and highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and careful.

(I may have posted this already.) Margaret, of Hart Brown's Cobham branch, has been dealing with my late mother's estate since January 2023. At all times Margaret has been clear, calm and thorough. There was much I didn't know and Margaret was at pains to help me understand my obligations. This is hard work, but can save trouble and possible expense later on. All of Margaret's advice has been useful to me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hart Brown.

Our solicitor was very efficient and explained what was needed for updating Wills and applying for Powers of Attorney. She was persistent in following up delays with the Office of Public Guardian and we are very happy with the outcome and the service she provided.

Starting my journey in property development, I needed to find a solicitor to help me navigate a non-standard transaction using a bespoke pre-sale contract. Roderick Campbell was excellent at understanding exactly what we needed to achieve and never missed a beat. He, and colleague Lucy Lawrenson, handled things with speed and professionalism, ultimately enabling completion of my purchase on the target date and ensuring the funding from a residential mortgage and bridging loan were in place at the right time. I could not afford to appoint a solicitor that would cause me issues, as delays or errors would have been costly. This I why I am glad I found Hart Brown.
