Both Jeremy and Shreeya were excellent helping us through our sale/purchase. Not having moved for forty years we were somewhat "apprehensive" about the process but we always received very prompt and friendly support. Above all they were both very patient and made a stressful time so much easier to cope with.

In the scheme of things my estate is very small when considering my Will. However, my family matters were protracred and I had to keep making changes. I was very impressed with the way this was handled. It felt as if it mattered.

Although having experience as an executor of simple family estates, I did not relish handling my friend’s estate without considerable legal input so my co-executor and I appointed Louise Harrhy at Hart Brown to advise us. Louise took great care in leading us through the complications of an estate that included substantial legacies to charities and the eventual sale and further distributions from a second property partly owned by the deceased. The documentation required by HMRC seemed a bureaucratic nightmare but became almost effortless with the help of Louise. I would recommend this firm and particularly Louise to avoid the dangers of not navigating the law and its complexities.

We contacted Hart Brown in Cranleigh and consulted Sunil about several matters concerning the Estate of my brother. Sunil was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The documents he prepared were clear, easy to understand and timely. We found him especially easy to deal with and would recommend Hart Brown to others seeking advice or support.

We had a first class experience with Jeremy Jupp in the Cranleigh office of Hart Brown Solictors. What should have been a simple sale and purchase turned in to something much more complex due to Land Registry and probate issues and as a result we changed tack at the eleventh hour for a different property. Jeremy then worked at break neck speed to get us in to said property in record time. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very patient with all our queries and questions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.
