Disorganised, inefficient service.
The firm failed to provide me with basic, mandatory documentation relating to my case and would not respond to any method of communication I attempted until I filed an official complaint mentioning bringing in The Legal Ombudsman. Prior to this, I had not even been provided with the contact information for my own lawyer they had assigned me and the contact information provided within my client care letter (the only form of communication I received from them within 42 days of service, which stated I would receive further communications), turned out to be incorrect, for which they apologised but refused to rectify the issue.
