This review is for Deborah Mantell, who was responsible for the conveyancing of my leasehold flat. Deborah’s service was disappointing and I have had cause to complain about her work post sale on two separate matters. The first regarded the Declaration of Trust commissioned that resulted in ownership in excess of 100%, and the second an omission of documents as part of her Report on Title. On both occasions the firm have upheld my complaints. Avoid.

From start to finish Melanie Krudy followed the case intensely with knowledge and professionalism. No case seems too challenging and very much understood the clients situation. I've called them on the 23rd about defending me in court for a crime.
Did not hear back from them until I called them on the 2nd just to tell me they can't do it.
The secretaries also treat you like a nuisance even if they behave professionally.
Inconsiderate bunch of incompetents.
