This review is for Deborah Mantell, who was responsible for the conveyancing of my leasehold flat. Deborah’s service was disappointing and I have had cause to complain about her work post sale on two separate matters. The first regarded the Declaration of Trust commissioned that resulted in ownership in excess of 100%, and the second an omission of documents as part of her Report on Title. On both occasions the firm have upheld my complaints. Avoid.

From start to finish Melanie Krudy followed the case intensely with knowledge and professionalism. No case seems too challenging and very much understood the clients situation. I cannot rate GT Stewart highly enough- they are excellent.
Recently I found myself in a spot of bother, through no fault of my own, which had the potential to create issues in both my private and professional life. I can’t thank Mr Morris enough for his help on my homeless case. I was told I would be made homeless by my council and it was my fault with nowhere to turn, thanks to Mr Morris’s dedication and hard work fighting my corner, the decision was overturned and myself and children have now been permanently housed. I owe this firm everything. I honestly can’t thank him enough and would happily use again in the further If needed.
