I was given GT Stewart and Jack after unfortunately landing it prison in unfortunate circumstances that was a 90% wrongful conviction. Jack and Ness dealt with me from start to finish and understood my situation remaining unbiased with the one sided evidence from CPS. They fought hammer and nail and were always clear and concise on possible outcomes but followed my instructions and stuck with me to the end and eventually got my main charge dropped with their tenacity. GT Stewart are the only company I will consider moving going forward now if I ever need them. Thank you both.

I’ve used Jack for a number of years now for various cases and he has always been my preferred solicitor he’s very efficient and direct and always takes time to explain things clearly and is always contactable during cases to explain things and give advise just had a case yesterday where I got a not guilty verdict thanks to Jacks work

What a consummate professional Jack is … understanding the brevity of our difficult case and circumstances. Jack was able to compile a robust defence by carefully extrapolating all the necessary information in order to achieve a successful outcome for our family case and separately our pet dog. My son and I were fortunate enough to have Ness allocated to us to represent my son (28) who has a complex learning disability.
The challenge was surrounding my son’s capacity to understand the legal process and if he had from the beginning. As a parent I had challenged the police and stated he did not have capacity in complex information or decision making.
Ness recognised that my son has a significant impairment and questioned if he should have been interviewed at all.
This insight has halted/stopped a process which should have been picked up sooner. Ness saw a person beyond the process and the appropriate outcome happened on the day.

I would like to say a massive thankyou to both Jack Stewart and Rebecca Palmer for there professionalism with dealing with my sons case for GBH . It was very stressful for my family as we had never had to deal with this before, Rebecca was outstanding with answering emails and calls from me ASAP and with all her knowledge helping me to understand what was going on. On our first meeting with Jack we were so scared as to which way the case would go,but we came away feeling very reasured and it took a little weight off. I can’t thank Mr Morris enough for his help on my homeless case. I was told I would be made homeless by my council and it was my fault with nowhere to turn, thanks to Mr Morris’s dedication and hard work fighting my corner, the decision was overturned and myself and children have now been permanently housed.
