I found myself in a sticky situation after admitting an offence to a police officer. I thought I was done for! Mr Khan represented me at the police station and then at Court for my trial. He successfully argued that my admission to the police officer was inadmissible. His advice and representation was invaluable and all thanks to him, I still have a clean record. I cannot praise or thanks him enough & I will definitely be shouting his praises to friends & family.

This review is for Deborah Mantell, who was responsible for the conveyancing of my leasehold flat. Deborah’s service was disappointing and I have had cause to complain about her work post sale on two separate matters. The first regarded the Declaration of Trust commissioned that resulted in ownership in excess of 100%, and the second an omission of documents as part of her Report on Title. On both occasions the firm have upheld my complaints. Avoid.

I've called them on the 23rd about defending me in court for a crime.
Did not hear back from them until I called them on the 2nd just to tell me they can't do it.
The secretaries also treat you like a nuisance even if they behave professionally.
Inconsiderate bunch of incompetents.

Professional, determined and friendly.
I can't recommend this company enough.
They have truly been amazing with our case and I've always felt supported, understood and heard.
I know I can call for support and get regular feedback.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them.
I have found everyone there, professional and friendly and eager to help.
I went to them in a desperate, what seemed like a hopeless case but they have never gave up on our case.
To simply thank them would never be enough !

As per both reviews above -stay away! I rang this firm on 25 October 2019 and after having spoken to a rude person called Tamara who demanded a payment of £250 per hour + VAT for transferring my case to them, they sent me application form (by post! although they knew that I have a hearing on 8.11.2019). To speed up the process I downloaded the same form online and returned it to them by email. All of a sudden, less than 3 clear business days before the hearing, Natalie Acheampong from East Dulwich office sent me an email:
'Unfortunately our department is at maximum capacity. We will not be able to assist you in your matter'. Didn't they know it on 25.10.2019 at the first instance without the need to waste crucial 10 days before the hearing?

Normally I should report them to SRA and Legal Ombudsman but simply just do not have time to waste. Shame I cannot award zero or minus 2 stars.
