I cannot praise this firm, Atkinson Dellow in Sudbury highly enough!
From start to finish they were there with me every step of the way.
The lovely Jodie, not forgetting all the other brilliant ladies there, and including the so friendly and approachable receptionist, were a real pleasure to deal with.
They were able to answer every question that occurred to worry me during the process comprehensively and professionally. Jodie went out of her way to make sure all went smoothly for me. I am 73 and had not moved House for almost 40 years. I need not have worried, Atkins Dellow dealt with everything. If you are thinking of moving or seeking legal advice, look no further than this solicitor. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic service, professional, friendly and very responsive. We were always kept up to date during the conveyancing progress by Jessica for the sale of our house. This is the second time I have used Atkins Dellow for a property transaction. I will use them for the next transaction and would highly recommend them. Nino and Jessica were the team working on this transaction, both excellent.

I worked alongside Ingrid and Cordelia during the sale of a probate property. They were sensitive and extremely efficient which I feel is rare to come by for solicitors. They would respond to any email I sent them within 24 hours. This meant I always knew where I stood - especially as the buyers solicitor needed a lot of chasing.
Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Atkins Dellow for conveyancing. We dealt with Ingrid, Cordelia and Sarah during the sale of my step father’s house. We had an excellent experience with them and I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Atkins Dellow has been a very positive one. Georgina Jones was assigned to undertake my house purchase and assist with the buyout from the current home.
I can definitely say that Georgina was excellent to communicate with. When using solicitors in the past, it’s been very difficult to even speak to them on the phone.
I can say that nine times out of ten, Georgina has always been available to talk, which I feel is very important when creating a rapport with the client.
It makes it more personal.
Georgina was very understanding about my situation which was of a sensitive nature and accommodated as best as she could.
I genuinely felt supported and Georgina endeavoured to do what she could to achieve that.
I always felt in the loop with updates and questions. Anything I struggled to understand was explained as this was my first time buying a house on my own.
A phone call to Georgina to get clarity was never a problem.
I’m so pleased I've managed to move into my new home earlier than expected.
This is a new start in life for myself and two boys and Atkin Dellows were a big part of that.
I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Akins Dellow.
A massive thank you to Georgina Jones and her supporting staff who helped through the whole process.
