Drafting and production if a new Will

Excellent experience
We recently used Nichola’s services for our much needed wills and powers of attorneys.
We have been putting off doing both of these for years as it had always seemed so daunting. However our experience was both enlightening and effortless.
We were seamlessly guided through both wills and power of attorneys and we left feeling as though a huge burden had been lifted.
I would not consider using another lawyer and would thoroughly recommend Nichola.

A highly professional and compassionate team.

Professional and Friendly
We used Atkins and Dellow without any recommendations and were pleasantly surprised by their lack of stuffiness that you can get with some solicitors.
Nicola and her team handled our request for renewal of Wills and LPA’s with first class service whilst remaining thorough and friendly, answering all our questions leaving us fully aware of what we needed in our wills and LPA’s. I am happy to recommend them without hesitation.

Rewrite of my will
Nicola, was very professional, she spoke in plain English easy to understand, she understood my requirements. However a section of my requirements was missed out on the first draft
Due diligence and accuracy of administraion staff could be improved. Polite and friendly staff.
