Efficient
Every aspect of our house sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently despite it being a listed building. We were always able to speak to the relevant person by phone.

Easy and straightforward

House buying made easy
A very pleasant experience of buying a house. Things moved quickly, so quickly in fact it was me that was struggling to keep up! Georgina was lovely to deal with easy to contact, and very thorough in her work. Will be Using Atkins Dellow and Georgina (if possible) again.

Sale of Guildhall Cott & Purchase of 7 The Village
Was very happy with Georgina and her team - they made other conveyancing solicitors look dilatory, slow and unresponsive. I would (and indeed have already have) recommend her to others. Unfortunately as we have moved 250 miles we are not really in a position to use Atkins Dellow in the future.
