My experience with Atkins Dellow has been a very positive one. Georgina Jones was assigned to undertake my house purchase and assist with the buyout from the current home.
I can definitely say that Georgina was excellent to communicate with. When using solicitors in the past, it’s been very difficult to even speak to them on the phone.
I can say that nine times out of ten, Georgina has always been available to talk, which I feel is very important when creating a rapport with the client.
It makes it more personal.
Georgina was very understanding about my situation which was of a sensitive nature and accommodated as best as she could.
I genuinely felt supported and Georgina endeavoured to do what she could to achieve that.
I always felt in the loop with updates and questions. Anything I struggled to understand was explained as this was my first time buying a house on my own.
A phone call to Georgina to get clarity was never a problem.
I’m so pleased I've managed to move into my new home earlier than expected.
This is a new start in life for myself and two boys and Atkin Dellows were a big part of that.
I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Akins Dellow.
A massive thank you to Georgina Jones and her supporting staff who helped through the whole process.

Conveyancing
Georgina managed the sale of our house very well. We were kept up to date throughout the conveyancing process and any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Extremely Poor Service
Our requirement was very simple and we could easily have done it ourselves but as it was on behalf of my father decided to get it done by a Solicitor. Gave wrong information and price to start with, we had to continually chase them.

House Purchase
Georgina was fantastic at helping me procure my residential property. She was prompt and thorough with her replies and had a very friendly demeanour. I am really glad she handled my first property purchase. I look forward to utilising Georgina’s expertise for future purchases

Georgina was very helpful and polite, always there to answer any questions and very efficient. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a property.

Excellent from start to finish
I can't thank the staff enough from guiding me step by step in going through the process with my house sale/ purchase.
If there was 10 stars I would be giving this to a extremely professional company.
Georgina Jones and all of the girls in her team have been amazing including the lovely receptionist in Sudbury, as well..
