We have used Atkins Dellow services for a few years now. They are a professional team who are incredibly helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. We did have difficulty on our recent house purchase, Lloyds Bank did not transfer the money paid to our vendors in the usual timeframe. Our solicitor stayed in touch all the time giving us regular updates and support. She ensured the completion happened.
Personally we would not use any other solicitor and would highly recommend Atkins Dellow.

House conveyance
The whole process was carried out quickly, I was kept well informed. Any queries were dealt with and clarified. Emily was always available if I needed to speak to hear. Her assistant and the office staff were equally efficient and approachable.

House Sale
Emily did a great job. Our sale had a few bumps in the road which could have derailed it. Emily kept her head when I was losing mine. She was a calming influence , and professional throughout.
