Great proactive service
I only had a relatively simple settlement case. However what did impress me, which you don’t tend to see much anymore, every time Ella and Adrian said they would do something; either call, respond or advise. They did it. I previously had a really bad experience with my former employer but Adrian and Ella definitely made the final hurdle very easy. Thanks Ella, Adrian and team, would genuinely use them again and I think you will feel the same. I know it’s a great review and I normally don’t remember to do reviews. However, what’s important is - Credit where credit due. Thanks :)

An easy, professional and supportive experience.
I came across Atkins Dellow by chance. After months of feeling invalidated, I was clearly advised on my legal rights and how to deal with my situation.
It was daunting to approach solicitor’s however the team made it easy for me to understand, updating me almost daily on my case via email, offering me time to speak over the phone on short notice and giving me time to think about next steps.
Ella has been so amazing as well as Daniella and Adrien. I don’t know how I would have managed without their empathy, support and being validated throughout this process.
