Extremely supportive during a difficult time

Extremely helpful, sympathetic, and knowledgeable.

Divorce is always by its nature extremely stressful, Victoria helped make it easier with a considered thoughtful approach as well as a very thorough understanding of the law.

I've no intention of getting married again let alone divorced, however if I do either I am very likely to speak to Victoria first.

It was ok but that's about it!

We weren't kept up to date with everything this could have been our buyers solicitor as well?
They didn't always reply to emails.
Also we were asked the same questions more than once or twice.
On the plus size we completed by 10.30 so that was good.

Ms Victoria Josif (Partner) was investigated; and found wanting, by the Legal Ombudsman following my complaint for – 1. Disclosure of confidential information to a colleague. 2. Providing a client with inaccurate information on three occasions. 3. Failure to progress a request in a timely manner. 4. Poor communications. For these failing the Legal Ombudsman recommended the firm pay compensation. The recommended compensation was increased for failing to respond to the complaint made on 29 Mar 18. A response to my complaint was received from Stephen McGrath (Partner) on 19 Sep 18, but only after a letter was sent to the firm on 14 Sep 18 by the Legal Ombudsman asking why they had not responded. I would not recommend the services of Rudlings Wakelam, especially as the three people involved in the complaint were the three partners!
