My family and I have had an extremely positive experience with Rudlings LLP through both the Bury St Edmunds and Thetford offices. For several years, solicitors have advised my brother, Stephen Sampson's on legal matters - making his Will, creating a POA, and finally wrapping up his Estate following his death last March. The solicitors we have been in contact with have been very professional and efficient as well as understanding and compassionate in their dealings with my brother who was not in the best of health. They even visited him in his home when he was unable to attend the office. They also took account of the fact that all of his family members live abroad. It has made an enormous difference to us to know that Stephen's end of life matters have been dealt with so well. It gave us peace of mind and confidence in the process. It was also easy to find the answers to our questions which were always responded to clearly and quickly. We are very grateful to have been able to rely on the expertise of Rudlings' solicitors during these difficult years.

Ms Victoria Josif (Partner) was investigated; and found wanting, by the Legal Ombudsman following my complaint for – 1. Disclosure of confidential information to a colleague. 2. Providing a client with inaccurate information on three occasions. 3. Failure to progress a request in a timely manner. 4. Poor communications. For these failing the Legal Ombudsman recommended the firm pay compensation. The recommended compensation was increased for failing to respond to the complaint made on 29 Mar 18. A response to my complaint was received from Stephen McGrath (Partner) on 19 Sep 18, but only after a letter was sent to the firm on 14 Sep 18 by the Legal Ombudsman asking why they had not responded. I would not recommend the services of Rudlings Wakelam, especially as the three people involved in the complaint were the three partners!
