Business Sale
I recently sold my dental practice with Steven McGrath and his teams help. They were all very supportive during what proved to be a long and tortuous process; I must say that none of this was of anyone at Rudlings making.

Efficient, professional and friendly service

Stress Free Commercial Property Purchase

Very good commercial legal services
I recently appointed Steven McGrath to act on my behalf for the sale of my business. From the very outset, he was incredibly professional and diligent. He took the time to listen to my concerns and queries, whilst patiently responding to them. He developed a grasp of my industry very quickly and was able to navigate his way through this very well. Although the deal itself was only completed at the 11th hour, this was down to multiple stakeholders and in no way connected to Rudlings.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Steven and his team for a job well done.

Smooth transaction
I used this firm to do the legals in relation to a purchase of my office premises and the bank loan paperwork that was required. The transaction was smooth with no issues and I was kept up to date at all times on the progress. I would definitely recommend them and would use the firm again.
