I can not thank Zainab enough for all her hard work,time, and patience.
This is now the 3rd time we have used ASL for the purchase of properties where the freeholder/ leaseholder has been in compulsory liquidation.

We bought We used Affinity Seven Law Solicitors for the purchase of our first home. I have nothing but good things to say about the service! Waqar, Alisha & Hannah dealt with our purchase and were excellent. Their constantly providing updates and information for us, making the process run smoothly. Waqar’s communication was fab. We were apprehensive at first using a solicitor in Rochdale as we are based in Longsight Manchester, but would recommend anyone to do so! Thank you so much to Waqar & the team at ASL for helping the process to be as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

Affinity Seven managed to achieve what two previous law firm couldn't achieve in day. Additionally managed to achieves results that were near impossible and difficult to handle.. Esp all hats off to Pauline Cadman friendly, welcoming and fast in responding.. which moat law firm keep younon edge awaiting. Working in the finance industry myself I work with hundreds of solicitors firms and I must say that ASL is the only firm worth considering. I have worked with ASL professionally as well as personally (They are my own solicitor of choice for personal matters) Consistent everytime, proactive communication, fantastic at keeping you involved with what is happening and what the next steps are, thrive on solving problems and making things work for you. Set your needs at the beginning and ASL will prioritise them to fit with the process. Don’t even bother with other solicitor firms, there isn’t even a close 2nd place. The industry is known for long drawn out processes and solicitors being slow whilst using their jargon to confuse you. If every solicitors worked like ASL then the industry would be known for speed and service level. Can’t rate them enough and will never use another solicitor. Massive thanks to Waqar and the team!

What an amazing experience. A big thank you to Alisha, she has been amazing throughout the whole process of selling and purchasing our onward property. Alisha’s communication skills were outstanding replying to emails straight away, We were able to call her throughout the day without fail. Our whole process took just under 2 months and that’s all thanks to Alisha. We are hoping to complete next Friday.

This firm of solicitors is by far the best in the business, the staff are dedicated and professional in all work they undertake. It was Waqar and Alisha that dealt with my conveyancing transaction and I have no words for these pair, they were outstanding throughout the whole transaction. The previous firm that I employed was a complete failure and what they couldn’t do in 2 months this firm did in 2 days. Remarkable service and fantastic staff that always take their time out to keep you informed at each step of the journey. 5 stars do not do them justice, please don’t waste your money and time with other firms and contact ASL for all your conveyancing needs and they will not disappoint you. This is not a paid review this is tried and tested. Thank you once again to Waqar and Alisha for making this happen for us, it means a lot.
