Superb service from Lynne and Anneka, who recently acted on behalf of myself and Keystone in the refinance of one of my professional HMO's. I was delighted at the speed in which Lynne managed to complete the matter despite the extenuating circumstances that she was up against due to COVID-19. The timeframe was tight without the office closures and illness. In addition to this though what really stood out to me was the compassion, empathy, care and professionalism that both Lynne and Anneka demonstrated. I am hugely grateful and can not recommend them enough!
