Pauline and the team at Affinity law did a great job mid way through my divorce when my previous solicitors ceased doing business and left me with a mess to sort out. It took a while but the support and professionalism was first rate and we eventually got a fantastic result.

Unprofessional and Stressful Experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Luke Hassett was extremely disappointing. I was threatened with a delay to completion on the day of completing my property purchase, despite having already transferred all required funds. Multiple fees were added at the last minute that had not been disclosed in the initial quote, and I had to personally identify and correct errors in legal documents and completion statement.

Communication was poor, and I felt under pressure throughout. I expected a professional and transparent service this was far from it. I would not recommend.

ASL have now dealt with two flat sales for my family. Both had different complexities and they, specifically Zainab Ahmed, dealt with issues fantastically.

Zainab was efficient, easy to communicate with and solved all issues we had during the sales. She also gave sound advice along the way.

Susan and Jack from La Finca Algorfa Spain.
We live aboard ,but we were selling our property in the UK(Oldham) so classed as international clients which was more expensive.
