I can not thank Zainab enough for all her hard work,time, and patience.
This is now the 3rd time we have used ASL for the purchase of properties where the freeholder/ leaseholder has been in compulsory liquidation.
There have been hurdles,head banging,and what have we done, but Zainab and ASL got us across the line each time.

Considering the firm was recommended by the Sales agent, I was initially skeptical as I had solicitors I have used in the past. But to my surprise, the delivery by ASL Solicitors was nothing short of FANTASTIC.
The time it took to turns things around and their swiftness to respond to my incessant queries were topnotch.
Big props to Zainab Ahmed specifically - she was utterly professional and helpful all through the process and was instrumental to ensuring things went as planned.
I will 100% recommend ASL for anyone aspiring to use an efficient solicitor to get their home process sorted ASAP.
