She was always on hand to answer my questions (no matter how many I had!), kept me updated at every stage, and explained everything clearly so I always felt in the loop. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference.

Unprofessional and Stressful Experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Luke Hassett was extremely disappointing. I was threatened with a delay to completion on the day of completing my property purchase, despite having already transferred all required funds. Multiple fees were added at the last minute that had not been disclosed in the initial quote, and I had to personally identify and correct errors in legal documents and completion statement.

Communication was poor, and I felt under pressure throughout. I expected a professional and transparent service this was far from it. I would not recommend.

So happy we used ASL Solicitors both with our purchase and my partner's sale. Zainab was amazing and kept us updated on where we were up to throughout the whole process.
